  Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Es liegt wunderschön, doch sehr weit vom zentrum, auf der anderen seiteder themse. Per fähre ( ticket 5 Pfund!!!) und taxi dauert es über einestunde, aber die u bahnverbindung ist wiederum ausgezeichnet ( 20 min).In der nähe des hotels befindet sich außer ein pizza hut nicht sehrviel. Der Hotel Shuttle Bus nach Canada Water war unkompliziert, Wartezeit maximal 10 Minuten. Reizvolle Lage des Hotels an der Themse, gute Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums von London. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch hier sehr guter und freundlicher Service.

  First Class - wir sind das 2. Mal da gewesen, das war der Ausschlag für dieses Hotel. Die Docklands sind hervorragend geeignet für einen Aufenthalt, da auch ein gut Einkaufs-Mall vorhanden ist. Leider von Heathrow etwas weit weg, jedoch noch machbar. Würden dieses Hotel gerne wieder nehmen.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, it took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London (oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business when we came back to the hotel.
