we just loved everything about the dowans . . The family/owners were very welcoming and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Well, where can I start? The place is amazing, the staff amazing, the location perfect and the owners outstanding! There's no words can describe our stay. They all couldn't do anything more for us. A definate return is on the cards, and there's not many times I can say those words about a hotel, 5* luxury at its very best!!!

The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and arranged for my bags to be carried to my room. What a find! The Tor-Na-Coille is indeed a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and attentive; our rooms were beautifully furnished with everything you could need to hand. Breakfast was excellent. 5* for the price of 3* - probably the best hotel on our trip. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

I am a disabled individual and when I arrived here were cars parked in disabled spaces and none of them had a blue badge, the staff were excellent considerate and very helpful.
They arranged for the cars to be moved and whilst I was waiting I was given a coffee.
They got me the parking bay.

reception and wait for double room. No delay. Ofcourse I would recommend

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much bother. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the beds. Adjustable mattress beds, air conditioning, non slip floor in bathroom, sprinkler system, large walk in shower with controls easily accessible and not beside rain shower head. Staff friendly and professional. Late check out not a problem. Money off breakfast voucher.

Very nice brand new Business hotel located 5 mins walk from Aberdeen Airport. Very comfortable, clean rooms with excellent facilities. The breakfast offered was excellent. It only opened in July, so the hotel overall was very good. I think there was a £ 5 charge per night for parking, but can't be sure, as I did not take a car. Staff were new, and were under training, but very friendly. The restaurant did not have a big menu to boast about, but seemed okay.
