It was a very nice stay, beautiful house, very nice room, quiet suroundings. Lovely hosts, Una and Hamish were very helpful and extremly pleasant (I know, lots of adjectives here, but this is how we felt), we've got a lot of useful information about the places we went to visit. Excellent breakfast (I particularly loved the scrambled eggs with salmon). We would definetly like to come back.

Evelyn the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable, somewhere you could relax after a long day sightseeing. The garden was furnished with seats for the guests and there was also a guest lounge. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and Evelyn was happy to provide more should you require it. I would certainly visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.

That the staff were able to keep our bags whilst our room was getting prepared as we arrived early before check in. Excellent location for our trip. Quiet room with very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful and made it clear that nothing was too much trouble and to contact reception about any concerns. Very good value for money.
