  Good Morning. I am not prone to writing such mails but I feel I have to make some comments about a recent stay at your Cliffden Hotel in Teignmouth from Friday 19th July to Sunday 21st. I have to say that having booked the hotel through a proprietary web site, we hadn’t realised the ‘’duality of purpose of the hotel, and were a little surprised to... was die leute sagen » meet so many ‘sight impaired’ people. This letter is to convey nothing but highest praise and to say we enjoyed our all too short stay. The tariffs - After reading some of the reviews, I was a little dubious but we arrived, checked in and it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and well stocked - we even had a fan which was much appreciated over the very hot weekend. My husband and I are in our 50's and it was our first weekend away with our two dogs. They too were made to feel very welcome. It was - The location within yards of the South West Coastal Path. Main bus route at the end of the road. Just a short 1/2 mile walk along the path opposite the hotel to the centre of Bideford. Breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cycle hire on the Tarka Trail in approx 1 mile away. The view from the bedroom and dining room over the fiver was superb.
