All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. Outstanding location for visiting the Cornwall area and Port Issac. The
best restaurant within miles and extremely courteous service. The number
one choice to stay if visiting Port Issac. It is about a 5 minutes drive
to the Port Isaac parking areas which you will have to park in even if
you stay in one of the 3 downtown hotels. Port Issac's is no

Travelled specifically to Port Isaac to visit the 'Doc'! Big
Australian Doc Martin fans. Village was quaint and to make it even more
special, they were in the middle of filming the new series!!! The
proximity from The Longcross Hotel to the harbour was perfect. The short
drive gave you a real feel for the beautiful Cornwall countryside. As
for hotel itself, we found it to be excellent, if not a little
'quirky'! Had a very homely feel, meals were excellent and staff

Superb better than some 5 star hotels could not find fault with
