Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard.
When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.

This is a 5 star plus B&B from the moment we arrived we were made to
feel completely comfortable. Sue and Derek are absolutely fantastic

Everything. Cool decor, kind, caring, genuine owners. Don't stay anywhere else!!! I especially liked that they didn't have Sky TV, or anything like that to take away from the beautiful setting. Tim and Heather (Mien Hosts!) are both very welcoming and make you feel at home right from the start. Very knowledgeable about Cornwall and willing to advise on visitor attractions. Breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere at table is very convivial.I stayed in the single ensuite - very comfortable. The New Inn Pub is 50 paces away and offers very good food and a wide choice. This is a small (three room) family friendly B&B. The rooms and bathrooms are new and look like you'd actually *want* to live there, the breakfast will be done exactly as you want it, the hosts are super friendly without being intrusive, the rooms have direct access to the back yard.

Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please.
