Keine Proaktivität, guter Service, aber mehr in Richtung 3 Sterne - Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

  A beautiful hotel with an imposing entrance. Our bedroom room was spacious and very attractive. The Midland is right in centre. Surrounded by cafes bars and theatres.   i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

  The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor.   Die Lage gleich beim Bahnhof (wir hatten Blick auf den Bahnhof, der Lärm ist jedoch nicht erwähnenswert) ist perfekt. Man kann nach 200 m zu Fuß die Bahn zum Flughafen und die Metrolink ins Zentrum erreichen. Man kann jedoch auch in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen.
