  The view of the harbour from my room. The hotel was central - very near rail and ferry links. The accommodation was compact and comfortable.   Overall very good, enjoyed our two night stay there with our son and his friend, 19 and 20 years. We were in Dunoon to do activiities ie, speed boat one day and quadbiking. Ideal base, the hotels own menu very reasonable, only used it one night and were very happy. It was in a cooler in the room when we arrived, all in all it was an excellent hotel and night away.

  Fiona was so so kind and helpful--we were a bit late checking in because we missed a train, and she responded immediately to my email and was very understanding! The guest house was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located up Jacob's Ladder. We had a great time in Oban and in Tobermory and would definitely recommend. We didn't run into any problems! - Fiona made us feel very welcome right from the start. Room was lovely,very comfortable ,even had chocolates on the bed!
