  A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. Overall a lovely house with excellent facilities and in the most wonderful, quiet location. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda good hearty breakfast, I would recommend Bendarroch House to anyone 100%, very happy

  We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house and the owner was very helpful. It was immaculate and the food was very good. There was a lovely view from the front window.
