  Almost everything. The room (Room 2)was spacious with more than ample storage for all our clothes. The view from the room overlooking the sea was absolutely amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The portions and content of the breakfast was all one could ask for. The views spectacular. The facilitites comfortable, well maintained and the decor exquisite. Having the opportunity to choose a breakfast that is freshly cooked was wonderful. An extremely pleasant experience. The location over looking St Michaels mount and the proximity to town and public transport is also a bonus.

  Barbara and Stephen were perfect hosts. Barbara shared her wealth of knowledge about this part of Cornwall. Steve is a professional chef so every meal, breakfast or dinner, was first class and consequently we chose to have most of our meals there. The taste is really good. Location is also great. It's less than 10 minutes walk to bus / train station. - The Artist Residence is a cosy and lovely hotel. Rooms are comfortable, clean, full of details and nice decorated (each room by a different artist). Breakfast is excellent and staff is really helpful and efficient. Its location - in a quiet street - is excellent for those using public transports, as the hotel is close to the railway and bus station. Very good value for money.

  High quality hotel set in its own grounds with excellent facilities and attention to detail, without feeling pretentious. Rooms were large and tastefully furnished/decorated, as was the hotel in general. They were more like suites than standard rooms and were well specified with full facilities. The bed was very comfortable , the bathroom was large and we would urge everyone to treat themselves and book a stay here.

Easy walk down to the sea - Lovely townhouse, beautifully decorated faithful to its period style. Such comfortable beds, luxury bedlinens and everything required for comfort in the room. The residents' sitting room is so comfortable and relaxing. Excellent breakfast. We stayed 2 nights in this lovely house, wish we'd had longer. A short walk into town on a quiet street. Highly recommended.
