  The hosts, Mick and Hazel , have developed an excellent Guest House in Paignton.. I received a very warm and friendly welcome when I arrived. The accommodation was well equipped and perfectly maintained, with a comfortable bed, tea / coffee available in the room as well as a large amount of storage space for clothes etc. A good shower / bathroom... was die leute sagen » with soaps, shampoos ... and proper towels! Breakfast had plenty of choice, was well prepared and served very quickly and efficiently. The idea of - Clean comfortable relaxing friendly excellent location in relation to amenities run by a lovely helpfull couple who could not do enough for you, breakfast was excellent. facilities were excellent sun lounge where you could watch the cricket match on the field next door. would recommend this place to everyone,Mike and Hazel madke you feel like one of their friends

  We liked the friendly atmosphere of the Sea Spray. Ian and Pauline made us very welcome from the moment we arrived and made our stay most comfortable and enjoyable.   We were in paignton for a wedding, and liked the fact that we had a key to the front door and were able to come and go as we pleased, the staff where very helpful in offering more facilities ie curling tongs and hairspray etc breakfast was very pleasnt and lots of menu choice, we also liked the fact that we picked our breakfast before hand. the br... was die leute sagen » eakfast area was clean and tidy and you couldnt smell the cooking, (very off putting at some places we have stayed) - Beecroft Lodge is excellently situated if you want to explore Torbay. It is in a quiet street and is scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with free range scrambled eggs, very good smoked salmon, fresh fruit and home-made marmalade. A real find.

  We liked the room we had, huge bed! Big room with sofa. Clean with good facilities. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of things to have. Owner was a nice friendly lady that made us feel welcome.
