  This was our second visit to the Balmoral and we enjoyed it as much as the first time round.The room was pleasant, warm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Room was exceptionally clean and there were plenty of towels and coffee making facilities. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family. Great location and value

  We received a very friendly and helpful welcome, fairly late on a Saturday evening, when the hotel (and town) was very busy. Throughout our brief stay the staff were excellent and the breakfast (the only meal we took) was very good.
