The facilities were comfortable, we especially liked breakfast in our room. This meant we could be comfortable in our pj's while having breakfast, if we chose to. Breakfast was very nice, enough of everything and was asked if we wanted more toast etc.
I liked the room had a fridge in it also a very effecient fan as it was a very hot night! Both the room and bathroom were very clean, nice TV and I liked the litle table and seats in the window where you could sit and eat/drink etc.alle bewertungen »

Very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. A lot of thought ie: a fan was provided, torches, plates and cutlery were available. Nothing was too much trouble.
There was even a teddy bear on the bed.
pleasant owner, spotless room and bathroom. All consumables were fair trade. Excellent breakfast, nice to have it privately in the room.Well placed for New Forest, Beaulieu etc.
John was more than helpful but left you alone when you wanted. He really
made the place and can cook a great breakfast. The room was very clean
and everything worked perfectly.
The friendly and helpful owner, the clean and comfortable room, the breakfast served in our room, the location and a great pub for eating in just a few minutes walk away.
The room was spacious, clean and nicely finished. It was very close to a lovely pub (The Hobler Inn - 3 min walk) and was surrounded by walks.
the room was spotless. John was very helpful and pleasant, it was right in the heart of the new forest.

It was fine, everything one needed was there and the table and chair was handy to do some work on.
I, personally, found the bed a little to hard for my comfort, although the rest of the room was very homely and comfy.
I had trouble with the shower as the instructions weren't very clear!.
On a busy, noisy main road.
Entrance was a little difficult to see in the dark in rush hour traffic. Had to go past and turn round to find it.
The property is on a very busy main road and due to the warm nights a
window had to be opened and it is noisy if you are not used to traffic.
The entrance to the B and B isn't easy to spot and is off a busy road. Similarly, the walk to the nearby pub was along that same busy road so be careful.
No criticism at all.
Road close by (but not an issue for us).
Traffic noise was horrendous from road outside property even with windows closed!.
nothing.
Its on a busy road.
The location was a little further out of the town centre than I thought
- we weren't mislead just didn't check beforehand. This
wasn't a huge problem though.
On a main road with no pavement, so need a car to get places. Plus a little noisy from traffic.
Nothing really.
Noise from main road.
The road and the traumatic
Walk to the pub.
By a busy road.
Didn't know that I could not pay by card, don't carry that sort of cash and always pay by card but here it was no acceptable.
