  It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme. The view from the room was of the back alleyway, but it was very peaceful and we slept with the window open all night, which made the room all the more comfortable. You have a breathtaking view - We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom. Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day. A sitting room with DVDs to choose from. Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo. Absolutely perfect!
