  My partner and I have stayed at the Cae Mor twice. We like it so much that we are spending Valentines weekend there. The rooms that we have stayed in have been superb!! The decor is opulent yet understated and rooms are incredibly spaceous. The Management and the staff of the Cae Mor couldn't be any more friendly and helpful.   Thank you - excellent all around - it ooooozzzzes quality from furnishings, food, entertainment, staff... The list goes on and on. Bristling with friendly, professional staff who give the impression they are really happy being there - surely an excellent sign! The owners/investors should be congratulated on running a hotel "as it should be run" - ... was die leute sagen » the larger chains should be quite ashamed with what they offer in comparison to the Tynedale. So often, nowadays, it is all "down to a price" instead - The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme. We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor. The bathroom was not large but modern and clean. The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard. The breakfast was excellent. I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

  Amazing welcome! The lovely helpful man on reception addressed me by my name as I walked in and couldn't be more helpful! Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful. Made sure I made it down to breakfast on the second day and wasn't disappointed! The s - Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley.   The owners were very friendly, I arrived at 1.15pm and my room was ready, I originally booked a twin sea view , then changed to a double with a sea view without hassle. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

  Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

  Very friendly, helpful staff. As I had booked 2 rooms, at once, they were treated as 2 separate bookings through letsbookhotel.com and so were not together. But the receptionist seeing we were a family went out of her way to find a room that would be closer to the other one. Easy access to lg area of parking outside the hotel.
