Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

It was nice to have a kitchen if you wanted to make a cup of tea.   The location was a stone's throw from the ACC and Echo Arena. I attended a conference and could come home for lunch. The Albert Dock is also very, very close. Tesco Metro is really close 5-7 mins walk away and there is a bigger Tesco for food supplies on Hanover St. about 10 mins away.
