Was die Leute sagen
Had a pulled pork ciabatta with barbecue sauce in upstairs bar. It was gorgeous and with a rum punch cost less that £10!
Great vibe and music later in evening upthere too. Staff so friendly and helpful and great service. And you can park very reasonably. Right in heart of great area of city for music, film, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!.
The PodZzz@Parr is a very special location in the middle of clubbing
Liverpool. There are some facts like the elevator that reminded me of
the us. A very nice design hotel with an integrated music school, I
though I meet see some of the celebs but as it was noted in their
brochure.. You stay there, you become part of PodZzz@Parr history.alle bewertungen »
Love this hotel. Staff are a delight. It's clean, quirky, comfortable and a fantastic location.
I'd had a bad weekend (was in an accident) and couldn't praise staff enough. Feeling unwell (and looking) let me have nice late check out & were so pleasant. Not my first stay here either. Won't be my last!.
The staff were very pleasant especially Sharon who couldn'tdo enough for you, when i visit liverpool again i will definately be staying at podzz.thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.
No frills for £40, I just wanted somewhere to lie down for a few hours after a club night out. I got a bed and a cup of tea and radio stations galore on the tellybox.
Very friendly staff and convenient location.
Whilst very close to the 'clubbing' area, the actual street is fairly quiet.
Location was excellent for nightlife !! Good value on the heart of thriving liverpool nightlife.
Cheap and cheerful! Great for a stopover before the football. Staff are always lovely.
Location of hotel and friendliness of it. Ideal for short breaks for 2-3 nights.
Staff very helpful.
Rooms although small were clean and comfortable.
it meant I could stay in yhe centre of liverpool at A good price.
Staff were fantastic, particularly Carole for being so nice.
- close to city centre
- cheap
- friendly staff
- clean room.
Very cool place to stay. At the heart of the action!!!.
the set up was good it was a short brake.
clean,bright room,friendly staff.
+ location in city centre.
The helpfulness of staff.
Price and Location.
Central location. We came as a couple, so we reserved what I believe is the only double sized bedroom. The size was bigger than we had expected. The showers and bathrooms were a few feet outside the room, and everything was very clean and the showers were nice. The location is pretty much ideal. Only about a 10 minute walk from Lime Street Station, and right near central Liverpool. The price was reasonable, and aside from the stuffiness, which I hope they work on fixing, we would gladly stay here again if we.
It's quite in the city center - and definitely in the center of nightlife district, the whole swarm of clubs and pubs just around the corner. Also rooms (pods) are tiny but look nice and are enough for a night stay. 11AM checkout is convenient.
It was exactly what it said on the tin. Cheap but small. It wasn't quite what I was expecting but wasn't too far off. If you're looking for somewhere to throw your stuff for a very cheap price this is fine.
Reasonable place for reasonable price. Actually price could be a little bit lower for such conditions, but for individuals it is one of the best of the cheapest in Liverpool city centre.
The cozy and confortable room, great locatoin and staff.
Very clean, two showers for 6 rooms, free wi fi.
Nice loaction, typical but polite staff, comfortable bed, fast wifi in
the room, very nice colours.
Great location, loads of cool bars, clubs and places to eat.
Design.
Near to the city centre.
Good Location.
Brushing my teeth at a sink in a toilet room with 2 urinals.
Although travelling with a 15 month old kid I really cannot complain
about anything! Just a part of the bahtroom cupboard fell a bit apart.
Nothing.
It was far too bloody hot.
No hooks or shelf space in the bathrooms; I was forced to fold my clothes onto the floor and put my shower things in the small sink.
Nothing !.
Not enough toilets - just one shared between all the pods.
Toilets were not clean, and very much dislike that men and women share, and women have to pass the urinals to use the toilets .
They let the accommodation down.We all felt the same.
Nothing.
no sep heating controlmy pod was too hot.
noise from fan.
- rooms (pods) very small and without window (although I knew it while booking, it still surprised me a bit)
- need to ring a reception to get inside hotel in the evening and night.
Somewhat noisy late Saturday night.
TV was not user friendly.
No en suit or wet room. The only complaint we have is about the heat. It is extremely stuffy inside the pods section, and it definitely needs better ventilation and air conditioning. It was not a particularly hot day in Liverpool, just that there seemed to be no air coming in that section of the hotel. We also were unable to open the window to let in air, which made it more uncomfortable.
It's nice idea in general that sucks in details. Air conditioning doesn't handle the heat, shower that gives you either completely cold or burning hot water, locks on shower doors that leaves you puzzled how to get out, mixed (gals/guys) toilets with pissoirs and one cabin in the same room, that kind of stuff. OK for a night, but I wouldn't recommend for longer.
I read some reviews that the rooms were very hot and they weren't joking. Although there was a small fan in the room it wasn't enough to keep you as cool as you like. For one night it was just about bearable. If I'd been staying for longer it would have been tough.
Internet connection is strange: it worked fine on smartphone, but never wroked on laptop.
The double bedroom was located near the bathroom, wich was increadibly noise when someone flushed and specially when using the old hand dryer.
Be aware that there are two clubs in the same building as the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper looking to rest, this might not be the perfect choice. However if you're lookind to live the city of liverpool and explore it in a slow relaxed pace, go for this cool destination!.
Small room, expensive for what it offers. It is right in the heart of an
entertainment zone, that's not bad but since there are many bars
around the place is noisy. Bring your earplugs.
Very noisy at night.
Had to walk through male urinls to use unisex toilet. Should have a separate toilet room.
Wasn't as cheap as other hotels once VAT added, nearby with full larger facilities.
Noisy location.
noisy music untill earlie hours, power cut for half an hour, shared toilet.
Staff not very friendly
Rooms and shower not clean
Tiny rooms.
