  Family room was a good size for 3 regular sized people. Rooms included snacks and drinks that could be purchased (just like regular hotel chains, which was a nice surprise). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was bigger than most private run hotels in London (i'm mainly referring to the ones around Padding station). Breakfast was also good. Location was conveniently cl - The room was small but cozy and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was quite good. WLAN worked well and rooms were equipped with waterboiler and free tea bags & instant coffee. I really enjoyed the little time I spent at the hotel. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and can honestly recommended it for everybody who wants to stay at warmhearted and cozy hotel with a good location.

  My parents stayed here for one night and they were really impressed with this apartment as it was everything they needed for their stay. Just a five minute walk from the Surrey Quays station it was really easy to find. The room was quite spacious, clean and modern. There isn't a reception, on the front door there is a sign advising to call the manager's mobile number.
