  I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and offered some comfort for me to escape from the hospital for an hour or so. The lady I spoke to was amazing even though she couldn't get us in straight away she did ring back withi - The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.

Thank you f - We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town! I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
