  Moe and Jimmy were the nicest couple you could ever wish to meet. Nothing that was asked for was any problem at all. I only had one issue with the tv which was my own fault as I couldn't see the on switch right under my nose! The piers, beaches, - The hotel was ran by a couple who were more than helpful. On arrival one of the bathroom lights were out and it got fixed straight away. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and we had a great view overlooking the beach and south pier. It is a great location for the Pleasure Beach as a couple of minutes walk away and right across the road is the tram stop.   We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. The games room is idea when with chidren as you can wind down in there before bed with a game - I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

By far the nicest place we've stayed in blackpool. - I enjoyed staying at The Wilmar Hotel very much and found Derek and Rhianne very nice kind and considerate people who were more than helpful to me and made my stay enjoyable.
