  We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good.   Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.
