  We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food), Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West End theaters. Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching
