  Das erste Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir haben dann reklamiert und bekamen ein doppelt, fast dreifach so grosses Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage war sehr gut, ca. 2 Minuten zur tube. - Alles freundlich und unkompliziert aber trotzdem mit Niveau.

  Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... was die leute sagen » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

  On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... was die leute sagen » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower. Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice. Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant). Value for money, could not fault it during o

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... was die leute sagen » to work). My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets.
