  We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite (we had a problem with warm water at day one, as we told the staff about it, they fixed it in the next our).   The location was amazing - right across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I didnt feel as if I was in a busy area of the city, it was a peaceful oasis. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.
