  Chose this hotel because of proximity to new Arena - it's just a few minutes walk away. It's more a city pub with rooms. Handy for shopping, theatres and eating out. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay for the Elton John concert. - Right by the Leeds arena, room was large and clean. Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations.
