  The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from Haymarket station and also easily accesible from the airport. Besides, the main attractions are also located within walking distance. No sweat! The staff had put on the heating in the room in advance so it was lovely and warm. I was leaving before breakfast started and they had laid out cereal and toast making facilities to use. They have spent a lot of money on new carpets and upgrading bathrooms to make them clean and very fresh. Very strong and secure wi-fi Puts a lot of the big brands to shame

  Gutes Frühstück - Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

  I arrived at a very unusual time. Whilst I didn't meet a member of staff the help I received over the phone was fantastic. This is a value for money hotel, which is what I wanted. To be honest I couldn't fault the place. They even contacted me after I'd stayed to let me know I'd forgotten something and offered to send on!   Great sized rooms in a lovely Scottish style. Lovely staff who made great full Scottish breakfast!
