  Loved everything about this place! 10 of us stayed for a 50th birthday and we couldn't have been made more welcome. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the bar was great fun with the karaoke and pool table and the location is ideal.   Fantastic welcome, hotel owners really nice and friendly people. Went out of their way with advice of local parking and restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculate and really good breakfast! The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.
