  I thought it would be awful based on the reviews here but was so pleasently suprised. The staff were great. The rooms are budget accomadation with far better facilities than a hostel. You get your own toilet and shower, tv, towels, full length mirror and tea facilities. For the price they charge you are really getting a bargain. Do not go expecting 5 star, think hostel and you will find it's a lot nicer than that. - Cost effective for a group of lads who would only be using the room to shower and sleep. Made to feel welcome and provided facilities to store our bikes. We got what we paid for which was a room with a television, tea/coffee facilities, comfortable beds and a en-suite bathroom with a decent shower. The hotel was near the seafront so not far to walk to find somewhere to eat and drink.

  Very friendly staff, very knowegable about the surrounding area, transport and eating out. ROom was very clean, and well decorated. We stayed in a small double, description was very accurate, but decent for 1 night stay. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and plenty of. Very close to the sea front, but definitely listen to the staff when they say... was die leute sagen » to catch the bus. The seafront is massive - Although on the small side, the room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. Lovely big, soft fluffy towels provided as well as a complimentary bottle of water and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was yummy. Short walk into town centre either along the promenade or through town.

The hotel has a beautiful decor, our room had an amazing view, and was very specious. It also had a free standing bath next to the windows in the bedroom, 24 room service, which made our stay romantic and relaxing. Great value for money! Will be staying there again.

There was a lot of choices for breakfast and we opt for the classic english and ve - The welcome was warm, with a quick but efficient guide to all of the amenities, we were shown to our room with all the courtesy of a top class guesthouse. The bedroom was fantastic, very clean and tidy, with quite possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time!! Bathroom was small but spotless and everything worked, hot water etc. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the free access to the kitchen drinks and snacks was a welcome respite from the "minibar" set

England was experiencing one the worst heat waves in years and of course there was no air conditioning. The hotel is in a perfect location, with wonderful views of the sea, pier and the Brighton Eye. The hotel is spotless throughout, and the rooms are wonderfully equipped! The bed was huge, and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite wetroom a delight. There were thoughtful touches everywhere- a coffee machine, lovely biscuits, and chocolate; bath robes and toiletries; a smart tv and WiFi....
