  We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room. The full English breakfast was well cooked and piping hot. Of course you could choose want you want.The evening meals in Rowley's are really recommended. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

  Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms and public areas were spotless. The prices are a little higher than some other hotels in the area but definitely worth it in my opinion for the friendly service, comfortable rooms and the cleanliness throughout.
