  From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room. The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building. Breakfast was good and plenty. when i had to leave they allowed me to leave my bags there for the d... was die leute sagen » ay as my train was in the evening.I will stay there again in the near future.No complaints at all. - we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs

Warm and friendly owners, good sized comfortable and cosily decorated room with tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities plenty of supplies and biccies, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom great shower and large fluffy white towels and with a decent selection of toiletries. Fabulous home cooked breakfast with toas... was die leute sagen » t, juice, tea and coffee all brought to the table. Great value for money. - Was excellent value and nicely decorated and clean. Had an en suite which was a good size. Comfortable bed. Big tv and our own keys to come and go as we wanted. Great location and the breakfast was nice and plenty of it. Best part is the owners didn't bother you and left you to it but was still about if needed. AAA***

  The owners couldn't be more welcoming when we arrived, went out their way to help and accomodate us any way they could . Breakfast was usually served at 9 am but on the sunday they had our breakfast ready at 6.30 am as we had a competition to get to, many thanks as you and your hospitality made our trip to blackpool a great success .

  The friendliness of all of the staff. How apologetic the staff were regarding the lack of parking spaces (see What didn't you like?) Very easy check in and check out procedure. Check out time was also extended by half hour for us. The bar was good and open late. Breakfast was nice. The hotel also has it's own car park which is a must as the parking nearby is hard to find and expensive.
