  We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room. The full English breakfast was well cooked and piping hot. Of course you could choose want you want.The evening meals in Rowley's are really recommended. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well.   Gentleman that owns hotel was the nicest and most helpful person you could ever hope to meet, my 87 year old mother had a disabled buggy and he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids if they wanted a juice from the bar. He even let us have the room for the day free because we were not leaving until 8.00pm. The swimming pool was brilliant,lovely and warm.

  We loved the friendly staff who could not do enough for us..my wife is disabled and the staff helped when we needed it..the cleaners were friendly and always said good morning we are friendly people anyway but it was very nice..it was cold and windy outside so the warmth was lovely..breakfast was excellent and the staff helpfull - Position great,... was die leute sagen » staff and room brilliant we have stayed there previously and never had a bad experience. We had a family room this time room 71 which was larger than normal and quite a way from main reception so very quiet. Breakfast at the beefeater next door superb will be booking again in the future.
