  The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated.   Family room was a good size for 3 regular sized people. Rooms included snacks and drinks that could be purchased (just like regular hotel chains, which was a nice surprise). Beds were comfortable and bathroom was bigger than most private run hotels in London (i'm mainly referring to the ones around Padding station). Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and can honestly recommended it for everybody who wants to stay at warmhearted and cozy hotel with a good location.
