Stayed here for a wedding we had locally at the weekend, villa was fresh and clean throughout. Karen was absolutely lovely and happy to help with anything. We stayed in the luxury suit and the bed was so comfortable! Best sleep we had had in ages! Would highly recommend and will be booking again if we ever stay over in yr again.

Beautiful house with lovely lounge to sit in. Charming large bedrooms with excellent, tasteful decor, couches and attractive en suites. Proprietors, Michael and Joyce, friendly and attentive. The guest house has a great location being in a quiet residential area but still close to the seafront ( 5 minute walk) and city centre.
I was with a group of friends rather than family and the large rooms allowed us to relax .A welcome change from cramped hotels.
The breakfast was fantastic. I cannot recommend this high enough if you are visiting Ayr.
