  The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

It is very quiet and did not have any issues with being woken up in the middle of the night. I was surprised to see that there were many different age groups represented.   Friendly service and good facilities at a very reasonable price. The breakfast, while available for just one hour each morning, was a very good start for the day. - Concierge was friendly and helpful; breakfast was very good. We especially liked the proximity of the hotel to Paddington Station.
