  The decor and the ambience are fabulous, the whole concept is fantastic, the rooms, the gorgeous indulgent restaurant, the cosiness and opulence of the cocktail bar, but the most fantastic idea I have not come across before; the pantry! The bar and restaurant remind me of boutique Miami locations. Excellent location for Kings Cross/St Pancres & easy hop to the West End. Great cocktails, nice ambience in the bar and the restaurant was more like a dining room, with initmate feel, great food and excellent service. Rooms are not huge and but comfortable and very well furnished. Great hotel.

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai... was die leute sagen » n. - The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.
