  First person we were greeted was the lovely Lucy! She couldn't have been more welcoming and was even concerned as I we arrived late. She showed us to our room personally, shut our curtains and left us to settle. She was very welcoming and it put a big smile on our faces after such a long journey from scotland! Our room was cosy and comfortable and... was die leute sagen » quiet!! Which was perfect, all to often do you stay at a hotel chain and we find it noisy. Breakfast: was delightful, continental we could help our - Everything about our stay was wonderful - this hotel definitely has the 'wow' factor. From the moment we arrived until when we checked out the staff were helpful and attentive. The public areas are beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. We dined in the hotel restaurant and found the food to be superb and reasonably priced. Breakfast next morning was also excellent. The location is also excellent being 15 mins from Chester. We are already planning our next stay!
