  The friendliness of the staff, quiet location and central to the train station, bus routes etc as well as the shopping centre. Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Nice to have cereal, milk juice and coffee/tea making facilities in room. I stayed there a couple of years ago with a friend as we were going out for the night and had a twin room... was die leute sagen » and this year I visited that friend and stayed solo in a single room and felt comfortable in doing so. - Aberdeen Guest House is very convenient for Ilford station, which has excellent links to Liverpool Street (15 minutes). The owner is very friendly & helpful, and though breakfast isn't included milk, cereals and fruit juices are provided in the room. The tea & coffee in the room is not in sachets, much nicer !! Room wasn't en-suite but there are several spacious bathrooms - clean with plenty of hot water !

Thus, the transportation is really convenience, the daily travel ticket only costs £8, includes unlimited train, tube and bus! We stayed in a 1 bedroom higher floor apartment and the views were fantastic!! We had an amazing time and Didnt want to leave. Can't wait to go back!

It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.

  Lovely hotel, brand new 2010, good location near Ilford Station and Gants Hill tube station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, health breakfast. In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.
