  Ein gemütliches Hotel, sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem komfortablem Bett. Sehr gutes Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Raum. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal/Service. Being so close to Gatwick Airport but yet so peaceful is fantastic. Staff and facilities excellent. will definitely stay here again. One of the best hotels we have enjoyed anywhere in the UK.

My airport transportation (same person) left exactly on time and he even pulled into a loading zo - I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family.   The family who run this guesthouse are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing appears to be a problem with them from booking to arrival to departure. Highly recommended. - Lovely house, pleasant owners/staff, but above all, the location. Also, only a couple of minutes' walk from local shops, pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarket, etc. Ideal for Gatwick flights and visiting the capital without paying London hotel prices, esp. if travelling with children.

  It was close to Gatwick airport and short direct walking distance to Horley town. The early morning taxi transfer was booked for me and arrived on time. The shared bathrooms were great - very clean and with a good shower. The room was clean and comfortable with TV & drink making facilities. The wash basin in room was very handy! A nice tou... was die leute sagen » ch was that I was helped up to my room with my heavy bag which was really appreciated. - The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.

  As we were a family group of ten, (six adults and four children) they accommodated our needs very well. We stayed the evening before our flight out for a holiday, parking three cars for 17 days. The standard of food and choice for both adults and children in the restaurant for dinner was very good. - Excellent value for money.   I loved the comfy, cosy environment of a home-style B&B. The delicious tea tray in my room was a lovely addition. I had such a very warm welcome from the owner and their friendly dog. This B&B was exceptional value for money and I'll certainly recomme - I'm really glad I picked Latchetts Cottage this time, as it took me out to some beautiful & typical English countryside ... The hosts were vere hospitable & helpful, showing me their garden & where I could walk to, as well as the nearby pub, where I enjoyed a great meal ... The owner set up an early cab for me the next morning and cooked me a lovely breakfast, too! I'm very satisfied w/ my stay and will recommend it to friends & family ..,

We appreciated that the proprietors were responsive to our needs and without our prompting looked ahead to help us plan for a supper venue. The only disappointment for us was that leaving so early in the morning we did not get to eat the full English breakfast.   I liked staying there a lot. I have allergies to perfumed substances ,polish ,toilet duck ..etc. I requested no perfumed products at all even softners on sheets affect me. So no products were used fab fab fab. The Breakfast dining room was pleasant light and airy Very clean.At least 2 tables were by the windows. Food & service good. If you choose cooked breakfast as opposed to - When the temperature of the room was colder than I was comfortable with and there was noise from tree work in the back, our host changed our room immediately to one which was warmer and quieter. He also suggested an excellent dinner place which was within easy walking distance and helped in other ways. Breakfast was tasty..although when will the Brits stop using that 'radiator' toast hangers so the toast is cold before the cooked part arrives! I would be happy to use Gatwick Turret Guest House
