  Relaxed atmosphere - Old Black Lion is a wonderful old period building- 13th Century! Friendly attentive staff, smashing manager. We enjoyed great food (had both evening meal and breakfast). Overall excellent value for money. I particularly liked the friendly teddy bears in the bedrooms- nice touch!! We will be back.... : ) - Lovely hotel with... was die leute sagen » lots of character, great room- clean, cosy and comfortable. Good location, very close to town and within driving distance of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. Breakfast was good, all freshly cooked and filling. Staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly.
