  The room was spotless, well appointed and the bed exteremly comfortable. Shower room,'though small, was fine and plenty of good quality bath and hand towels. The room has its own entrance which assures privacy with the dining room located in the main house. Breakfast is fantastic and freshly cooked to order. Julie and Kevin were the perfect hosts... was die leute sagen » and gave some great advice on getting around in the area (a trip to the Reedham car ferry across the river Yare - ten minutes from the guest house - - Great atmosphere and well established gardens. A quiet, well situated property. The owner was most pleasant and very helpful. I would consider staying there again if I was to visit the same location.
