The breakfast (full English) was fantastic. I didn't need lunch as it was so filling.

As far as the Guest house everything was good, the breakfast was
excellent the service was prompt & friendly.

Rather noisy on Sat night but I guess that would be the same anywhere in that area.
room was a little cramped but clean and tidy.
All to my liking.
The noise from outside was going on until 0400 am for that reason I
would try to find a alternative hotel next time I stayed in yarmouth.
