The cup of tea on arrival was most welcoming after a long day travelling, the room was exceptionally clean, as was the whole property.   We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. Our double room (with en suite bathroom) was comfortable and very clean. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location (yet only ten minutes drive from Falmouth town centre) with sublime sea/country views. I don't even like marmarlade - the owner should sell it in jars! (Can I have the recipe?). Free range chickens outside - wonderful eggs for breakfast.
