  The caretaker, Rachel, is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that we could park the car safely on site - a rarity this close to the centre of Edinburgh. We booked a studio, but were actually upgraded to a 2-bed flat for the same cost, which was nice. My family plans to go back to Scotland and Palace Residential will be our first choice each time.

They are very accommodating, helpful, and considerate. - 1) Location for sight-seeing. 2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation. 3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up. I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.

  Great to have so much space. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had a great time sitting at the widow "people watching" on the royal mile.
