The service was the best I've experienced anywhere.
Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better.
The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Breakfast in bed.

Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard.
Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining.
Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu.
All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!
I would highly recommend the romantic roads for couples and Broadway Tower especially! A fantastic way to explore the surrounding areas, scenery you will be speechless about!

We chose Thistle Cheltenham because a few weeks earlier we had stayed in The Atlantic Tower - Thistle in Liverpool and enjoyed our stay so much we looked for the Thistle name for our visit to Cheltenham. On this visit we could not be accommodated in the main house which is beautiful as it was full so we stayed in the Coach house which was just as lovely. A really lovely place to stay. We will be back.
