  The accomodation was excellent I have stayed with them twice in the space of a month both visits I had different types of rooms one was a small studio flat & other was a luxury apartment both had great facilities plus the system they use for gaining enter to the buildings is by key codes so its very secure & a unique way of checking in wit... was die leute sagen » h them. Simple way of doing there business. - I was placed in the Portland Street hotel which was conveniently positioned in the centre of Cheltenham. Accommodation was all I required - ensuite, comfy bed, tea, proper mug, biscuits (big plus!), and TV. Was also allowed to take my cycle into bedroom for my own piece of mind.

  Sauberers und ordentliches Zimmer, Sauberes Bad - in the heart of the city centre very close to all the major shops and other cinemas. I was upgraded to a double room at no extra cost. - Great location, comfortable room with all the facilities I needed. Great staff, Sue was very warm, helpful and welcoming.

  Excellent. We love this place and will go back again. Very clean. The kitchen had every things that your kitchen had, even a dishwasher. Washing & drying machine is new. The owner is very friendly. TVs in all rooms(big flat-screen). Quiet but only 5 minutes walk to city center. 2 bathrooms, 4 beds for 4 persons. Great!!!!! The separate living ... was die leute sagen » room is well-decorated. Big sofa, dining table. Designed parking is 20 metres far from your door. I highly suggest anyone who plan to visit Chelten - Excellent 2 Bedroom. 1 en suite. Only 2 people stayed would easily accommodate 4/5. King size beds that can be zipped apart to make singles. Loads of Coffee, Tea, Breakfast cereals, croissants, orange juice. This was areal nice touch. Went into the living room and a full bowl of fresh fruit. Small things always make it a very pleasant stay in a top notch very clean and well decorated apartment. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good temperature and had everything you needed. It was very clean. Had extra pillows and towels which is always appreciated. Its location is next door to an amazing Beefeater where the food was delicious and had won awards for excellence. Also really close to Sainsbury's and Wholefoods.

The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Also I agree with other comments that the poached eggs on toast for breakfast are delicious. Only a short 7 min walk to 'The Brewery' shopping centre and town centre so very accessible.

  I was surprised when i arrived at the Hotel. My room was exceptionally clean, the decor pleasing to the eye and the bed very comfortable. The man running the hotel was very pleasant and helpful.
