The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.   The owners were really friendly, and as they weren't full they gave me an upgrade from the smallest room on the top floor to a larger room on a lower floor. There was fruit in the room as well as tea, coffee and bottled water, and free WiFi too.
