  The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. It has been the best experience of staying in a UK hotel and would recommend it. They should be congratulated on such a lovely service provided. The room was excellent, clean, and the attention to detail was outstanding. We will definately return there for another quiet and chilled break.
