  As a family with 4 young children we booked two family rooms. The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.   All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They gave us good clear directions to the sporting competition we had come to B'ham for and wished us luck. The rooms were beautifully clean, beds comfortable. Good to have usb ports! Breakfast was generous & tasty, nice to have soy milk on offer. Waitress very sweet and cheerful.   Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert), Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning.   Room was immaculate, obviously new build and sparkling. Bed was huge and there was still plenty of room to move about. Shower was nice, clean and well functioning. Breakfast provided catered to all tastes and was fantastic. Evening menu was also good. Late bar meant no need to go out the hotel and get cold while still being able to be comfortable ... was die leute sagen » and social with colleagues. Also bar prices weren't as expensive as I thought they would be. - It was so nice to be back at this wonderful hotel. I finally stayed in a room similar to the first time I stayed here. I've stayed many times, the design is quirky which aids the soundproofing. I've recently stayed in other local holiday inn express's and being back here was a dream! Instantly felt comfortable. The staff were much more pleasant too and even held a door open for me as I was carrying a lot of items for work.

  We stayed there 5 years ago and decided to stay again as it was such a convenient and friendly venue. We went out for a celebration dinner on Friday evening and I happened to mention that it was our 53rd wedding anniversary. We've travelled all over the world and wouldn't have expected that kindness even from a 5 st - My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.
