  I cannot fault one thing about Penmachno hall or our hosts Lauraine and Simon.The house is stunning,the room was perfect.The house is hidden away amongst beautiful countryside but is still within easy reach of local attractions and is the perfect gateway to the outstanding scenery North Wales has to offer.Our room was the yellow room which has an ... was die leute sagen » outlook over rolling hills and sheep grazing on the hillside,absolutely wonderful! The breakfasts are delicious,cooked to perfection and certainly set - The location is easy to find, yet tranquil and off the beaten track. The building is handsome with Lovely gardens and parking right at the front door. The rooms are very very comfortable with every thoughtful convenience laid on, and of course spotlessly clean. I was so grateful for the nice deep bath, complete with smellies, fluffy towels and candles, and a comfy bed with gorgeous soft cotton bedding after our walk up 'the' mountain...   The location is wonderful we were made welcome on arrival including our dog. We were a little surprised that dispite having paid a deposit we were asked to pay the full amount for our stay before seeing the accommodation . The room was delightful and larger than we expected. How ever the bed was a bit on the small side for a four star hotel. The d... was die leute sagen » inning room was also a surprise wonderfully situated overlooking the river and filled with smart modern furniture. The food was most enjoyable cooked - Staff and partcularly Andy the Manager were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was superb and a fantastic place to recharge the batteries whilst taking in the extensive natural beauty in the immediate surroundings of the hotel.
