  This is a lovely place, both inside and out. The manager impressed us with her efforts to make her hotel as customer friendly as possible. The interior decoration was impeccable, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The sitting room was very comfortable, with an Ipad just for guests and reference books to share. There was even a bird - We enjoyed the luxury,friendly atmosphere, the superb food served.Having stayed there last year it was great to return.   Great host, very attentive and friendly. Always happy to give tips and ideas on things to do in the local area with great breakfast. Really enjoyed the Scottish salmon with scrambled eggs on toast. Rothiemurchus is also not far away, within walking distance with a lot of things to do and see.   We've had a fantastic time. We organised Tesco to deliver our shopping on the first night and stayed in and cooked most nights after long days skiing on Cairngorm. (Which is an easy 15 min drive away). The apartment was warm and cosy but very spacious. The 2 main bedrooms have large wardrobes for all your things and one has an ensure too. The utility room with washing machine is very handy after a day doing the outd - I also had a young child and unable to comment on the question regarding staff. This was due to the fact booked on-line. Arrival and Departure was self administered via key-code to property so no requirement for staff. Loved the property, it's location and ease of booking and arrival and departure procedure - seamless. Looking forward to return stay.

  From the moment I contacted Lorraine at dunroamin I found her extremely helpful in ensuring my wife's and my stay would be perfect. It was my wife's birthday weekend and I ordered flowers and champagne to be in the room upon arrival. When we arrived we were met at the door by Lorraine who welcomed us in and showed us to our room. In the morning there was a good choice or breakfast cereals, fruit and yoghurt, we also had a choice of cooked breakfast w - It was really beyond my expectations! I've paid a lot more at other B&B's and received far less. It really was a very pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The proprietors were friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Worth more than what is asked for sure!
